This is a beginner's series that will build a foundation for a regular practice. All level are always welcome!
We will focus on beginners yoga poses and sequencing that energizes and relaxes participants by aligning breath with movement to bring awareness to the physical body and mind. We will explore how the physical practice impacts how we feel prior to, throughout and afterwards which will surely reinforce the power of yoga in managing stress, pain, weight and mindset while building muscle tone and stamina.
You will enjoy a energizing practice that incorporates aromatherapy to further support mindful relaxation. We will also have a small pop up shop of items you may enjoy such as eye pillows, essential oils, incense, and a few other goodies.

We do have mats to share, wear comfortable clothes and a water bottle.
